When we face spiritual warfare (which, if you claim Christ, you do!), and also face the conditions and fears of this day (a spreading virus, for example), I can’t think of a better scripture to examine than Ephesians 6:18. I would encourage you to study this verse and take it to heart as we stand together for the cause of Jesus.
