Paul Appeals to Caesar

Series:
Passage: Acts 25
Service Type:

After Paul had spent two years in prison ... two years of witnessing to Felix and the others he encountered ... Porcius Festus became governor and inherited Felix's puzzling prisoner. Festus didn't have any better ideas than Felix did. Paul had committed no acts contrary to Roman law, so he asked Paul what he preferred. Paul said that as a Roman citizen, he should be tried in Rome. And he was one step closer to a trip to Rome and to seeing God's promise fulfilled. Is there a challenge for us in this story? Listen and find out.
